Each school will have an administrator account, this will normally be the person who signed up the school first on the platform.

How to Add Users to Your School Account

Open up your account page by clicking on Account in the Members menu item, you can access your subscriptions by clicking on the subscriptions menu item on the left-hand side of the page. There are three dots shown on the right-hand side of the active subscription. Clicking on the three dots will show the sub-accounts button, click this to open the sub-accounts screen.

At the bottom of the sub-accounts page there is a link that is specific to your school account, all you need to do is copy this link by clicking the copy button at the end of the box showing the link and send this in an email to your users, they follow the link, enter all of their own details and sign themselves up to the platform. Their account will automatically be added to your school account.


At the top of the sub-accounts page click “Add Sub Account” the sub-account form will show.

Simply enter the users email address which will become their username, also enter their first and last names and tick the box to send users the welcome email. Click the submit button at the bottom of the form to add them to your account. They will then receive an email with instructions to login and create their password. If you get an error saying that the user already exists, try the method explained in the next section.

Begin Typing the users email address in the “Existing Username” text box, as you type a list of available usernames should appear, keep typing the email until their email appears in the list. Click on their email address and it will be completed in the text box. Click the submit button at the bottom of the form and they will be added to your school account.

If you remove users from your school account use this method to add them back in again.

The sub-accounts page shows you all of the users that have been signed up to your school account, it also shows you how many sub accounts have been used out of your total school allowance. You can search and export sub accounts if needed from this page.

In the table of users associated with your school account you can click the “Remove” link next to their account details and they will be removed from your account, follow the instructions above to add them back into your account if needed.
